Netiquette is the set of conventions of propriety governing the behavior of Internet users in the network, particularly during exchanges in forums or by e-mail.

Garantie Nationale encourages comments, suggestions and questions. In order to make the dialogue constructive, we strive to maintain a discussion environment that promotes free expression. With this in mind, we kindly ask you to respect certain criteria.

We will not tolerate messages of this nature:

.  Messages that are offensive, aggressive, racist, sexist, disrespectful or threatening.
.  Messages that contain personal attacks and defamatory statements. 
.  Incoherent messages, completely off topic.
.  The abusive use of capital letters and repeated comments (spam);

Response time

We are committed to answering your questions as soon as possible, i.e. within 24 hours if they are sent between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on weekdays, or the next business day if they are submitted outside this time frame.
