Always anxious to satisfy customers and meet their needs, National Warranty is proud to present its new roadside assistance service available exclusively at all our participating merchants.

For as low as $5 a month, for a 3-year contract, Roadside Assistance will help you and the drivers of your vehicle, to take the road peacefully.

The Roadside Assistance protection plan includes the following services:

•  Towing

If your vehicle cannot be started or driven, we’ll tow your vehicle to the nearest repair facility.

•  Jump start

If you cannot start your vehicle because of a battery failure we will boost your vehicle. If the jump start does not work, we will tow your vehicle according to the program limitations.

•  Flat tire

If you have a flat tire we will replace it with your spare tire. If you do not have a spare tire we will tow your vehicle according to the program limitations.

•  Fuel delivery

If you run out of fuel we will deliver an emergency supply. Fuel cost must be paid by the driver on site.

•  Extrication/Winch

Your vehicle will be extricated/winched if it is stuck in mud, sand, snow (not applicable if vehicle is immobile because the snow was not shoveled) or in a ditch.

•  Emergency lock out assistance

If your keys are lost, broken or accidentally locked inside your vehicle we will unlock or help you start the vehicle. If we cannot start your vehicle we will tow it according to the program limitations.
